NEW LIFE TO YOUR EQUIPMENTS
RECOVERY PROCESS:
The recovery of Production Lines and their reuse is more and more frequent.
ISI Welding offers a revision service for welding guns and control booths supplied over the years thanks to an international field service staff, made of qualified technicians, with skills in resistance spot welding technologies.
Where necessary, a Design Service is also provided for the replacement of the Gun arms to adapt to the geometries of the new production line.
A reference of major customer confirms the proven track record of ISI Welding in lines recovery.
PROCESS PHASES:
The process occurs in 4 phases:
• Phase 1:
In the first phase, an in-depth analysis of the state of material, dimensional tolerances, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic connections as well as a check of electrical and electronic parts and of FW and SW versions installed are carried out. This is followed by the presentation of a preventive analysis with suggestions of the parts to be replaced and the operations to be carried out and the updates required according to the new use of the gun and control systems.
• Phase 2:
The customer indicates the parts that he wants to replace and those that he decides to keep, from which the level of intervention is defined. In this phase, information is provided by the customer for the creation of any arms to be replaced to meet the new line requirements.
• Phase 3:
The restoration process is carried out. It involves a complete dismantling of the mechanical parts, the cleaning and the replacement of the components defined in Phase 2; the tests of the hydraulic circuit, the pneumatic circuit, repeated welding tests and measurement of the mechanical deformations were carried out. The cabin and its control are tested and updated if necessary.
• Phase 4:
Functional test of all components.Release of test certificate.
The Release of the test certificate is subordinated to the execution of all the revision/replacement operations suggested in the preventive analysis.
